Percy & Daphne Cassius & Maria
Jun. 6th, 2014 11:41 pmlady-noremon.livejournal.comSo since I drew William for his birthday [April 13TH], here are the twins on theirs. And also my first ever attempt to draw Maria. I'm really fond of these two, and though I don't think on this AU much now, I would think of them having little adventures. I am also proud that I drew these on the same page and didn't have to resize either of them or move them around~

The teacups are based on Sally Webster's mugs from "Coronation Street". I will post a screenshot of them when I find an episode with a good shot of them, but I've always been fond of them since Rosie was still dating Jason. The Country Store bulk & health food store in Greenwood has a little teapot decorated like them too. You can kind of see them in this .GIF post & this .GIF post, but only briefly. [I actually had this post ready at 10:00PM-ish, but have been looking for a screenshot of them :/ ]
And Daphne's dress is based-off the one here. And her shoes are based-off these.

It says I uploaded it on November 7TH, 2007 but it was drawn before then because I remember taking pictures of the drawing with my camera before scanning it. alchemy_hisoka as part of an art trade (I'm not sure if her side was the picture I'm remembering or not. She sent me several years ago). I'm debating quickly colouring it as I did the Alexander one I did earlier tonight.

I'm not too happy about the background, I'd like something darker. But I used Multiply layers instead of Standard and I was too lazy to put a white shape layer thing. I pictured his clothes lighter I think back in 2007, but { http://www.cosprop.com/costume/mens-clothing-and-accessories/ } had a very dark outfit for later 1400's men. Also I did not have an Armand palette already, so his hair colour actually came from my Alfred Cassius one, and his eye colour is from Lorel's.

This is only my 2ND DMMd fanart, even though it consumed the month of July for me, and I'm still all *squee* about Clear. I have an idea for 2 Clear/Aoba drabbles, but I've been having crushing bouts of feeling pointless, so I never bothered typing anything. My 1ST fanart was a sketch of Beni [Beni is the best!].

I might as well upload the lineart & the original sketch! As you can see I originally had drawn Noiz's facial piercings, but they looked weird or like I had given him a pig snout when I went over it with marker. No nose & exaggerated mouth and all!

This was quickly drawn for Alexis Kennedy as an attempt at a thank-you. He sent me a
Luxuriantly Coiffed Sorrow-Spider after I e-mailed about my fuck-up of not knowing the Rose-bearing Maggot was only worth 3 Masquing and only if under 25 Masquing total. So thus after over a week of grinding for Gifts of Scorn, purchasing a bunch of Nex on Robin's account, and trying for over a day to draw the Lilac card again, I was 3 Masquing short of the Companion I wanted--Lettice, the Mercy (I got the Canny Costermonger earlier in the week as I was reminded of Lorrie). I had the choice of giving-up, or trading-in the Promissory Note for Intimate Favours I also bought, or waiting to see if Lettice became available another way. Given how horrible this month, and especially this week has been, I had taken the give-up option.
I expected no response to my e-mail, and felt silly for having sent one. But at 9:15PM AST I got:

Also another thank-you to Gabriel & Jamie for last-minutely sending me the 2 Masquing items I wanted but the Robin's account does not have the Connected for. Mr. Morgan sent me the Glass of Teeth, & Imeja sent me a Key-to-Heart Dagger.
